Whether you’re a strict gluten-free eater, or just looking for more variety, local author Quelcy Kogel wrote her new cookbook, The Gluten-Free Grains Cookbook, for you. She crafted 75 brand new, whole grain, naturally gluten-free new recipes with the notion of coming together and sharing in mind. There’s truly something for everyone in her seasonally-driven dishes.

To bring Quelcy’s book to life, we’ll gather together and chat more about the “why” behind the book, how building your whole grain pantry can lead to more variety and nutritional benefits in your diet, and why the coop is the best place to shop grains. Plus, we’ll take a tour and shop one of Quelcy’s go-to recipes.
