(February 4, 2016, 16:57) Restaurant's comment:
The #1 goal of Family Farm Creameries is to support the region's farmstead dairy producers. We work with these farmers because they support healthy herds and supply the region with wholesome, direct-source dairy options. We carry milk and yogurt that's been bottled in farmstead operations, cheeses that are produced and aged right the farms, and we churn our own "farm-to-cone" ice creams that utilize seasonal regional produce, herbs and even locally made baked goods. We are passionate about our mission - and we have a lot of fun doing it!
